Frustrated....I've been working out and eating well and haven't dropped a pound. I notice a slight difference in how I feel in my clothes but I'm a numbers girl.....I want to see results on that scale!

Great day of eating healthy and a rrreally good boot camp workout.
I do think the vodka-tonics will have an impact on my success....
But right now, ....no worries :)

Yikes,
Big Breakfast! Good thing I brought a really healthy low fat\low cal lunch.
I've decided that success is directly related to planning.
How could I have already eaten over 1/2 my daily calories today?
I am so hungry todayyyyy! Water will be my friend this afternoon.
Exercise when I get home tonight. Cardio Boot Camp. Woohooo!

No breakfast...wasn't hungry and then when I decided I was, work was crazy-busy and no time for food.
No working-out for me either. I'm so sore from my previous workouts that getting up from a chair is painful. Just confirms how ungodly out of shape I am.
Have already prepared lunch for tomorrow. tuna, diced red onion, diced granny smith apple all mixed with a touch of low fat mayo. Putting it in Romaine lettuce wraps. Yummmmy!
