I was terrible the last couple of months, I let stress and the holidays side track me pretty badly. I am ready to get my head right again and do this right. I did join NutriSystem just because a lot of my trouble was not having time to cook, weigh, and "play" with my food. Since I am catering and making the cakes for my sister's wedding this spring, I know I will be busy again, so I will let someone else cook for me for a while.

Several Holidays and special events got in my way. Catered two 30+ person parties and I found it hard to measure, weigh, obsess over my food. I am getting back on the wagon starting yesterday!
