Alright feeling good today! I never seemed to lose the pms weight gain from last month and someone said it was due to building muscle mass and not actually gaining fat. I will take that! Finally down the 2lbs and it's that time again! What have I done differently in the past week? 1)Only ate small desserts when I craved them, so only two desserts in two weeks and cut down major on the portion sizes. 2)Started bringing lunch to work and said no to offers to go out to lunch. I will be going out to lunch tomorrow but have increased my gym workout days/times. 3) Making a big effort to get breakfast in. 4) Eating smaller portions 5) Eating more frequently.
Goal this week is to take measurements head to toe and track that. Losing inches for me was more positive than counting lbs lost in the past so will try that. Since we have had 100+ degree weather for over a week now I am really trying to get more water in...trying...but it's hard for me. Still not doing Zumba because I want to make sure ankle is much better so will try Zumba again on Thursday and see how it goes. Reinjuring will be worse than doing other types of cardio while it heals.

Last week I ate Lean Cusine for lunch and while I do not like to purchase frozen foods they were pretty good...EXCEPT my body does not process this very well so no more Lean Cusine for me. This week I have packed lots of yummy salad stuff and bought some morning star veggie burgers to eat with it so I have some type of "meat" for protein.
Stepping up the gym this week from my injury last week that kept me out of the gym except for one day.

Ok seriously upset! I am now doing Zumba 5 times a week and on my way to Zumba Tuesday night I twisted my ankle in a hole in the grass on the way from the parking lot to the sidewalk at Golds Gym. Today is Thursday and while I can walk on it, there is no way I will be attempting any form of lowerbody exercise for another several days. Urgghhh!

Weight not coming off. I do believe I am going to have to pull hard and do sugar free. I do not do well with artificial sweetners, as they give me headaches but will try stevia. If any of you have any other suggestions for sugar substitues or good recipies with no sugar please let me know.
Still working out more but no weight dropage....ugh!

Ok lunch was not good but it tasted good! I need to go do some circut training tonight to burn off those calories!
