No big surprise on the Dr. visit. I need to lose weight. Even though I went in completely prepared to talk about the need for me to lose weight it still brought tears to my eyes. Such a sensitive subject even though I and everyone else knows I need to lose weight.
My Dr. has never brought the subject up before but because my husband and I want to start a family in a 1 1/2 years it was brought up. I love my Dr., he is so kind and gentle and I am just emotional!
So now I have to fully commit to writing down everything I put into my mouth!
I also went to prevention.com and printed out a two week workout that combines cardio and weights. I do the machines but this is using dumbbells and targeting specific muscle groups each day which is what any trainer would have me do, except it's free. I have enjoyed cutting and glueing to the paper Day 1-14! I can take it and while doing my cardio, I can look at how many minutes, at what incline and speed and the same when I switch and do the weights. I will know what I am doing and do it properly. We will see, I will begin this on Monday. Monday because I am having a smoothing system put in my hair tomorrow and I can't workout for 3 days. This will give me time to pray and look over everything before beginning on Monday.
I am going to get this weight off!
