How do you handle when you miss a few days of logging?
Hi all!
I've been recording my food since late February, but last week I lost some motivation and stopped logging my food for about 8 days.
I've started logging again today, but I can't get past this mind block that I'm not going to make any progress or that I really messed up and should just give up.
I feel such guilt for not logging those days, I can't seem to just let it go. I really enjoy stats and math, so I feel that that I lost all validity to my tracking by missing so many days.
As anyone struggled with this type of thinking and have any advice?
