Ate 2200 calories before 11am today. Abysmally poor.
The motivation behind the binge this morning was, I think, that we didn't manage to get out to the local parent and tot because Daisy's sleep schedule was a bit screwy - so, feeling frustrated about being stuck indoors alone with the kids (and tired) today - I ate and ate and ate and before I knew it - WHAMMO - 2200 calories. Wow.
We should get out for a walk later :(
