Two days of not really watching or caring what I ate...needless to say I didn't even bother to record yesterdays food. I am just thankful that every morning is a new day...that can undo the damages. My goal for today is to eat mainly fruits and vegetables to counteract the bloat from to many starches yesterday.

going out tomorrow night to my fav french restaurant...and i am trying to get game plan togeather. i figure i can order off the appatizer menu for my main meal and still not feel to guilty about the wine and creme brule...good thing about the french is that the portions are what they really are suppose to be and not huge american servings. thats my plan...hopefully i dont crack and order the duck...but it is so good...melt in your mouth good. wish me luck

nice brisk day...going skiing for an hour or so...then Chunky Dunking in the hot tub....have to love Canadian winters.

31.9% yucky fat...I have to start keeping track of my fat% because some times it is more accurate than the scales. %h2o was 46.9 have to take care of that as well.
