Hi everyone I am 26 year old guy living in the Caribbean. In the last year have suffered from a very severe food disorder with many symptoms such as intense brain fog, fatigue, flat feeling, depression and anxiety. I have done alot of test but doctors could not find out what it was, but since I have change my diet all my symptoms have almost disappeared over night. I feel blessed to have come across the Ketogenic lifestyle, it have given me my life back. I am still very new to this diet and are figurering out everything there is to it. I will try to record my process as much as possible and are always open for anyone to share and give some motivation on the way. Looking forward to do this journey with all of you!
