So, I tried to make this (Crab-Stew) http://www.fatsecret.com/recipes/crab-stew/Default.aspx last night and everything was fabulous up until the time
I added the crab meat and then, total deep sea dive disaster. It was so bad I
dumped the whole thing out! I had to open all the windows in the kitchen and turn the overhead stove top fan to full blast to get the stench of toilet ocean out of the kitchen.
If I'd bought really good lump crab meat I think
this would have been fine. Lesson learned!
