So I went up 1lb, but that's not bad since I was sick for two weeks and ate horribly while sick. Feb is the bounce back month!

Been sick for two weeks and eating like crap since i felt like crap. Time to get back on my grind and workout and eat better. Have to make better habits so I can do this for the long haul!

Dinner 1-8-15
I ate bbq chicken leg, thigh and wing. I also ate 6 meatballs and .5 cup of mac and cheese (all homemade).
I ate WAAY too much sweets. 3 slices of almond cake (homemade) and a magnum salt and caramel ice cream bar.
I have to do better this weekend and next week!
