Weight loss has stalled, but I like the results I'm seeing in the mirror, so I'm not complaining yet :)

I think I'm still not eating enough. Still stuck at 159-160. Need tips. My RDI is around 3000 according to most calorie calculators. I'm getting around 2300 daily. Is that cutting too much?? Is it possible that I'm building muscle fast enough to offset fat loss? Getting frustrated.

Decided to up my RDI about 500 calories. Been doing it for a week so far and I'm already noticing a difference. After being stuck at 160-161 for three weeks, I'm down to 159. And the extra 500 calories allows for a LOT more food options! This was definitely a good choice!

Hitting a plateau. Not sure what more I can do. Exercising hard, dieting well, cycling calories. Not throwing in the towel by any means, but I'm definitely open to new ideas.
