School has really taken its toll. Never being home and a lack of free time meant less time for cooking and exercising. Stress eating also played a part here. Now that the semester is over, I'm really focusing on building habits. Hoping to build my spring semester around them rather than vice-versa.

Getting back into things again. Eating well and exercising. Let's hope this continues.

Started back into a regular, intense exercise routine. Trying to eat better but I'm having trouble getting in a rhythm there. Social situations tend to be the biggest culprit. I'll just have to work harder on being good with food when I'm on my own so that I can afford a few cheats when I'm out.

Really off lately. Neglecting exercise and diet completely. Injuries and lack of regular schedule are partly to blame. Slowly getting back on track, though.
