This morning (July 7th) I drank 1 cup of tea with zero calorie sweetener, and ate nothing the rest of the day. Yesterday I ate too many carbs (bread, pasta) and ate two chocolate chip cookies... so today I felt the need to fast all day and was successful.

Today I ate nothing all day until dinner, when I ate 2 1/2 thin slices of tofu with about 2 TBSPs of yumm sauce and salsa. I also had 3/4 of a very small potato (about 3in long) from a dill potato salad. Later I took little bites of cookies (not enough to amount to a whole cookie) and a couple bites of a cake which I had helped make. I am planning to work out tonight, and will attempt to fast tomorrow.
