Today I ate nothing all day until dinner, when I ate 2 1/2 thin slices of tofu with about 2 TBSPs of yumm sauce and salsa. I also had 3/4 of a very small potato (about 3in long) from a dill potato salad. Later I took little bites of cookies (not enough to amount to a whole cookie) and a couple bites of a cake which I had helped make. I am planning to work out tonight, and will attempt to fast tomorrow.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
