1200 calories a day?
Hello, I am a 23 year old female, 5'6 and 174 lbs. I want to lose weight quickly (I have a few trips coming up in the next couple of months) and want to see if what I am doing is healthy and will get my weight down fast. Today I ate a little more than 1200 calories a,d exercised for 35 minutes, burning 400 calories. My deficit today was 994 calories. I know you must burn 3500 calories to lose 1 lb. At this rate, do you think I'll be able to lose 15 lbs. in 2 months? If not, what should I change? Thanks!!
