I know that I don't like chicken and green beans. Was strong in the gym. Max OT hit:
Flat bench 3 workset 85# for 6.
Decline bench 3 worksets 95# for 6.
Bicep curls 3 worksets 30# for 6.
EZ bars curls 3 worksets 40# for 6.
Forearm curls 3 at 45# for 8.
Squeeze grip 3 at 10# for 10.
Came home and took a 1/2mi jog and 1/2mi brisk walk.
Then ate supper it was 7pm before I ate, this may be too late in the evening to eat.
Had energy all day didn't feel sluggish, took melatonin around 9pm. Slept well.
