Day 2 on FS but ending week 3 on diet. Much of which has been my own and now hoping to incorporate FS and WW together. Or maybe FS only? We shall see.
My secret helper is a wellness coach I have been "given" for 3 months for free. She is in grad school and has to coach someone and I am one of the lucky participants. Between FS and the coach, how can I go wrong? It is great to have such a cheerleader in my court who also makes me examine why I eat, what my triggers are. She is helping me define not only weight issues, but other health issues and concerns as well. What great timing for her to drop in my lap. My father had his 1st heart attack at 42-my current age and I don't want that to be me. I just want to get down to 190 or so. The so is under not over. I have never weighed this much and cannot continue to be 225lbs. I had no energy, couldn't breathe and talk on walks, and had given up. Now, I am down 6.5lbs and can feel the difference already. I just need to keep going. I am a good starter and not a great finisher. I always have reasons.
This week is going to be hard with 4th of July and GS camp this weekend with daughter and friends. How to stick to this plan? Keeping the iPhone handy and take only foods that are worth the calories. I plan on making conscious decisions. May they be good ones!
