My feet were incredibly sore yesterday night after an ~11 hour shift at work. However, I was informed I've been doing really well :)

^For example in the above quote--meal timing. Not worth an ounce of concern, like Alan says, but many don't realize this and try to eat 'XXX times per day' for they believe it has some sort of metabolic advantage. Truth is, it's negligible at best and not worth concern. Eat when you wish.

If only more people would realize the above quote. The Nutrition section in bodybuilding.com's forum is full of FREE information and helpful people. Visit for a constantly flowing fountain of knowledge. A look never hurt anyone:)
