I gained 5 pounds in the last week!! Disgusting. Last night I put on a pair of shorts that fit perfectly the same time last year, but now it just shows off my muffin top and growing, wavy thighs.
Right after seeing myself in the mirror (and then eating oily carbonara spaghetti leftover from a date the night before)I sat down and wrote out a plan. I looked up a three-day food program and week-long workout program online that I could do without thinking about what I needed to do each day. It would already be in my little notebook. All I have to do, is do it.
I deduced that it would be a lot easier for me to lose weight quickly if I had someone telling me what I can eat. The food that I'm eating is extremely boring but really simple, and it should help me to lose a significant amount of weight in a week. I'm not expecting to lose weight quickly, but I do want to get a jump start on eating better and exercising routinely.
I'm tired of being curvy. I want to be svelte and firm.
I am 170 lbs today. My goal is to melt away 30 pounds by March. More would be even better!!!
