I have really been struggling this week, feeling really hungry not sure why, Thursday had GNO and decided I did not care I was eating whatever I wanted I was so stuffed when I left the steak house I thought I would burst. When I came home I decided to enter everything I ate and was shocked to find I had not gone over my 1100 calorie program. my carbs were higher than I like but I knew they would be. Last night was another struggling night, I had 4 Oz. of grilled chicken. Then I was craving a bowl of cereal so I had 3/4 cup of Special K Protein cereal but discovered the milk in the fridge had soured. Bummer so I started thinking of what else I could use and decided to try the 325ml Lean body on the go vanilla Ice Cream flavor it actually worked out well and the extra protein boost helped level out the carbs. I used about half the container with the cereal and had the rest later for a snack. Once again within calorie range. I have been making some good choices by not eating much during the day Thursday knowing I was going out and trying to pick healthier choices when I am super hungry but WHEW some days are a fight to the finish. Some days I struggle to get even 800 calories and other days it is a struggle to not go over 1100. I wish eating unhealthy were as much of a struggle as getting rid of the results of that lifestyle are. Thanks for letting me vent. All things are possible with Christ who strengthens me.
