havent been hitting the gym as hard as usual and can tell the difference, today did my 5k in 40minutes with 5min inclined cool down to stretch the calves, walk 3.0-4.0 for .15mile then run 7.5 for .10mile is what im aiming to acheive during cardio, works out fairly well. shin splints have gone away completely but now my calves are getting sore cause i took it easy on cardio for so long. yoga 2x a week hopefully up to 3 soon and possibly starting spinning once a week or zumba. finally weighed myself, lost 6lbs i think my start weight was incorrect since it had been a few months since i weighed myself so from now on the amount of weight lost will be more accurate and recorded regularly, i dont think i can help weighing myself once a day but want to record it once a week on a set day maybe every sunday morning.
