I'm a 20 year old white female and weigh about 240lbs. I have always been overweight but fairly muscular. This is by far the heaviest i've ever been. I'm a recovering heroin addict. In june of 2010 I checked into detox weighing 190lbs size 12. In about 6 months I was very inactive and gained about 50lbs. At the beginning of this month i joined the gym and try to go about 5-6 times a week as well as eating healthier, i walk a fine line between eating healthier and not eating enough. If i dont have healthy foods on hand i consume less caloric intake of s##tty food. I work out 5-6 days a week, 45 minute 5k and 45 minutes of circut training. My reccomended RDI is 2700calories but my intake is closer to 2000. My goal is to lose a total of 75 pounds and hopefully 50 of that by june of 2011.
