urgh...I hate the scale...it's so deceiving!! I have been working out dang near daily for 2 weeks, and I know I am gaining muscle and losing inches..but the scale is so depressing...COME ON RESULTS!!!

I have been doing really good at working out...but obviously I need more...staying basically the same is NOT what is intended...

finally, down a few pounds!! YIPPEEE...I have been pretty good about working out at the gym in the office. I feel like 45 minutes is soon not going to be enough time, so I will have to commit to doing my cardio at work and my weights at the gym...just as often as I can without beating myself up over it!!

I am officially starting over since I have found the exercise bug...I weigh the EXACT same amount I did a year ago...which is better than weighing more!! I have been working out for the last 8 days straight (9 today). GO MOTIVATION!! Cannot gain weight this month...in a challenge through work. KEEP THIS UP THIS TIME!!!

Yesterday I hit day 8 in a row of hitting the gym...feeling great!! The scale doesn't show it, but multiple factors need to be considered...today will be day 15 that I started working out...9 out of 15 days...not too shabby!!
