My scale at home does not weigh correctly. This is what I weigh now. Unfortunately! So I'm ignoring the the weight I wish I was at. So at least I didn't gain the 10 lbs.

Weigh-in: 272.8 lb

lost so far: 6.2 lb

still to go: 93.8 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

add comment gaining 7.3 lb a week

Well it's been over a month since my last weigh-in and this weight is according to my home scale and not the one at the hospital in physical therapy that I usually weigh in. I've been trying counting
my carbs because I am diabetic. So I will try to do more journaling and I will try to keep a closer track of what I am weighing and eating. the problem that I am having with trying to lose weight and watch my carbs at the same time is The increased low sugar count that I have been having. They keep adjusting my insulin but all I do is go up and down with my sugar readings.

Weigh-in: 262.4 lb

lost so far: 16.6 lb

still to go: 83.4 lb

I hope that I am the only one to view this...
9:30a took N-30-30-30. L- 55-60. My sugar levels are finally beginning to get a bit better.
I didn't exercise today but I did do the laundry. yuck
