Well it's been over a month since my last weigh-in and this weight is according to my home scale and not the one at the hospital in physical therapy that I usually weigh in. I've been trying counting my carbs because I am diabetic. So I will try to do more journaling and I will try to keep a closer track of what I am weighing and eating. the problem that I am having with trying to lose weight and watch my carbs at the same time is The increased low sugar count that I have been having. They keep adjusting my insulin but all I do is go up and down with my sugar readings.
