I have been overweight all my life or from 3rd grade on. I 1988 I lost 130lb by a low calorie diet and was able to keep it off for about 5 years until I took some medicine and I gained about 80lb in 6 months and have not been able to get the weight back off. I am starting again March 4, 2018 and hopefully I can succeed again. I start out really good and then I get tired of the cooking and fail. Hopefully I can concentrate and be able to make healthy meals without having to cook so much this time. I'm trying to get myself not to stress so much this time. I have fibromyalgia, back problems, Diabetes, nerve problems and other health issues. I know losing weight will help a lot of these so I'm giving it another shot.
