MY ATTITUDE COGNITIVE ADJUSTMENT THING IS STILL WORKING. I force my mouth to smile no matter what. I delete negative thoughts about me. I avoid upsetting images and information. I talk to people. I continue being a lazy slob. (hmmm have to work on that one)

I take trazadone at night, to sleep. I think it makes me hungry. or maybe I'm just hungry at night.. But why are so many hungry at night?
Gotta get to my goal but maybe 114
is
the better weight. I remember when I was young, when I was under 114 I stopped ovulating... I actually started the diet this time at 120 lbs then after some slips, I restarted it at 118. So I
have
returned to what was normal last year. I'm gonna change my goal.
