Omg, Every time when I find out I lose some weight then I'll eat too much that day.
Thus my weight keeps going up and down. Today o lost some weight and then next day I'll gain some.
The jogging and walking I do everyday exhausted me, but i can't stop or I'll gain a lot more weight than if I don't.
Maybe I need to stop weighing myself for like three days so I won't be satisfied with just losing a little weight.
Keep working out and consume only 900 calories a day.
Do not weigh in until Sunday.
Only make sure you follow the goals forgive days.
1. Workout at least 30 minutes a day.,
2. drink 1700 ml water per day
3. Vegetables and fruit only for dinner.

I didn't eat lunch and overrate dinner. Worked out for almost two hours. Lost .5kg
