Just got this app yesterday. Would like to lose 30 lbs, but would be pretty happy with 20. Vacation is on August 12th, so that is my target date. Anyone have any advice? Calorie counting for the first time, so interested to see what happens there. I am doing some circuit training 3 days a week for 35 minutes or so, with another day of just biking and another day of just lifting.
