I'm almost done with the HGC diet, so far I've lost about 20 lbs and hoping to maintain and lose 20 more. I love feeling healthy but most importantly I can be more active and chase after my 2 year old. It was and still is hard work but nothing worth having comes easy. I'm so happy I did this diet.
