Completed my 300 crunches yesterday evening, and will continue this evening but this time I will do 2 x 150 sets as I found the 300 in one painful and pretty hard going. I logged all of my food and activity yesterday - just need to enter a packet of mini cheddars I had right before bedtime.
I am trying just to get used to doing the 300 crunches a day while recording all of my food this week. I will attempt a couple of gym sessions, maybe Thursday or Friday as I'm busy this week.
I am feeling very happy and motivated.
