1 pound in 4 days... not too bad. Exercising is not to much or a problem, I could probably be doing a bit more. Snacking is easy to avoi, I just don't keep too many snacks around. Those that I do have are either healthy or require some effort to make, so I really have to want one. I need to give up (or at least cut back on) beer and alcohol. My goal for this week, less beer.

Day Three: I have worked out for about 40 minutes the past 2 days, and I'm about to get into today's workout. At least I'm being consistent with the workouts, I am still having trouble with eliminating some of the high calorie foods from my diet.

Day Two: Figuring out how to manage weight loss while living with another person is going to be a challenge. I know that I need to limit some of my vices and such in order to lose some weight, and I also know that it is ok to splurge every now and then. Finding the proper balance becomes more difficult when there is another person encouraging me to go out and have fun. My mini-goal= find the proper balance of limiting vices and the occassional splurge.
