At 26 I have decided that it is time to get rid of all the excess in myt life... excess stress, excess weight, excess debt, etc. I love to be active. Some of my favorite activites are zumba, pilates, running, hiking, skating, and biking. I also love to eat, but I try to make healthier choices when cooking and shopping. Hopefully these thing will work together to allow me to reach my goals.
