Note to self: Cannot eat potatoes (max of 2 fingerling potatoes seems to be ok with your salad and boneless chicken at lunch) or rice. Sweet potatoes are OK around lunch time, but do not have more than 1 cup. If you do not follow this rule, you will gain a pound a day! Remember, my body has a hard time burning the calories from starchy foods!
