I had a week off of working out because i went out of town. But was back in the gym on Monday, I was at 220 lbs, but dropped to 217 the next day, and that seems to be where it's at right now. Still pushing back up to 245, it's getting closer.

Going steady, body feeling pretty good. My stomach has had to get used to extra carbs and protein. Yogurt and some Beano seem to do the trick so it's been a lot easier to eat.

Things are going reasonably well.
I have found that I need more fiber in my diet.
Wish I was up by a few more pounds, but it wont all happen at once.

Wasn't able to get all the protein, carbs, ect. yesterday. I was feeling so full I just couldn't eat. I was just smelling the chicken and rice for dinner, then looking at my RDI% being so low.
Well I'm hoping today goes better for my gutt!
