Today is a wonderful day, I started it with a glass of water. A tip from another members post that I read last night when I found this site. I have found so many helpful things on this new site. I am actually excited for a change to be getting healthy with support. I have felt so alone in the past, my husband and children are skinny and dont have the weight problems that I have (thank goodness) so its been really hard, even they are being great. I cant believe the difference in how I feel, I have been dieting for over a week now and can feel such a difference in just avoiding carbs and high fat. I get fuller quicker and am not starving between meals.

Hello! I just found this wonderful site and am excited to start this new smashing diet, cant wait for my book. I started dieting last week with the elimination of bread, pasta, rice and anything high in carbs and fat. I can use any advice I can get. My keys will be avoiding bordome eating and emotional eating. I have gained 100 lbs in the past year and enough is enough!
