Havent be online in a while, slipped and fell on icy front porch and cracked 2 ribs :( Been really sore and havent been able to do much exersize, meds have made me not hungry... thats a plus lol...felling better now so back to it ;)

This week was totally bombed. I have had the crud and have been hungry and eating whatever. I dont know what happened I just have been a bad girl :( I get depressed and pissed at myself. I have been just going to bed early so I wont eat.. Dont know whats up with me but I can guarentee the scales are.

At a stand still. No loss nor any gain, so thats a good thing. I have been craving something but not sure what. I have been filling that craving by eating salad. Im about to turn into a salad lol. I need to get some more rec. for dressings. maybe that would spice up my salads. I have had sick children home this week, and feel like im getting sick :( Anyhow, hopefully next week i can get them scales going down.

Well, Im up 2 lbs.. I got sidetracked and was away from home all weekend. I am going to have to stay home, cause i think i leave my willpower here when I go somewhere.

Had a great weekend, cheated alittle- had some pizza and a peice of cocconut cream pie but back on track as of monday. I weighed in at my familys house this weekend and lost 3 more pounds (probally gained it back with my cheat) So far so good. I am finding it difficult to resist a fav. food on weekends :(
