I fell off the wagon and succumbed to emotional hardships. Still look alright in clothing but it's very evident that I've gained if I'm naked or not sucking in. Have not worked out regularly since April 2011, weight has been managed at around 137-142 by walking whenever possible. Current goal is to lose 3 inches off of my midsection, not sure how much weight that is but aiming to be around 127-130.
