The family camping trip was awesome! I used a whole bottle of sunscreen on myself and still got sunburned, but overall, it was pretty amazing. I love when everybody gets together, and I felt pretty darn good in my swimwear. I noticed I wasn't worried about people looking at me, and I just had fun the whole time. But now, after all the barbecue, and smores, and breakfast tacos, and oreos, I am ready to start my challenges tomorrow. My main focus will be my personal challenge (Calorie Deficit), The Krunchers (50 crunches per day), and the Water Only challenge. I can't believe how many people have joined my challenge, and I'm really excited about it because I know it works! My boyfriend, my sister-in-law, my brother-in-law, and I stayed strong for a month and we all had amazing results. I'm going to make it more than a diet though. It's going to be my lifestyle from now on. I think it's really important to know what's going into your body if you expect something out of it. I want to be healthy, lean, and energetic, and I WILL get back down to the weight I was at four years ago.

Okay, time to get more serious. I started working out and eating healthier on April 6. In a month, I lost ten pounds. It's been another month and I've lost ONE pound. If I had lost three pounds a week since day 1, I would be at my goal weight on the 14th...but I'm not. Let's get moving!!!
