Day 1 went by super quickly - got in 2 workouts, healthy food in small quantities, didn't feel hungry, and no cravings, so all in all very good!
Morning:
- 1hr in the gym, doing cardio
- a self-made juice )Orange+Pomegranate+Lime+Apple)
- 2 strawberries & a plain non-fat yoghurt as a mid-morning snack
Lunch:
- a salad made out of 3 tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, tuna, avocado
- mid-afternoon snack of 1 pear and half an apple
Evening:
- 1 hour on the bike in the gym
- salmon (steamed) with cucumber and raddish
Went out tonight but since I don't usually drink, my friends were not even surprised when I ordered just water...
Can't wait to get onto the scale tomorrow morning ;)

all right, so I'e tried tons of diets, and actually lose weight fairly quickly, the problem is I can't maintain it and get back to my original weight or even more.
This time I'm trying to slim down quickly coz am going on a trip and want to look my best, and I hope that quick successes are going to help me stay focused.
Am starting tomorrow, planning to do a raw food diet (am also lactose intolerant and not a huge fan of meat, plus believe that all the chemical shit is bad for you). I'm a chocolate addict, usually go for lots of sweets right after lunch, gonna be hard not to do that...
Please help with motivation!
