I am getting closer to goal # 3! Goal 1 was >200, goal 2 was >190 and my next goal is >180 and this morning I weighed in @ 183.4. Thank you to everyone for all the encouragement!

I made it to my goal! I am down to 190. I wanted to be 190 for Christmas and on Christmas day I weighed in at 190.6 I still went and walked 4 miles last night after the festivities and 3 this morning. After my shower I weighed in and was 190.0 Thank you for your support and encouragement curvygirl : ) P.S I am a Grandma! She was born this morning at 9:30 a.m. 12/26

my goodness it has been so long since I have posted I almost forot how. Hello to all my friends. I have been away but I haven't forgotten any of you and how you mean to me. I am alive just buried under tons of school work. I pray all is well with you and your families. Happy Thanksgiving next week

Hi you guys! I have been gone for ages but I haven't forgotten about any of you and I miss you guys VERY much. I managed to maintain for about 6 weeks but after a medicine changed I put on 5 lbs and have been struggling to lose it again. I am not the only one losing ground in my household so I am trying to get everything and everyone back on track. We finished up spring baseball and my son made it to All Stars. That was quite a ride :D ! Now I must get settled back down before school starts for the both of us in August. I pray everyone is doing well. I noticed a new challenge has begun. I will try to stay in touch and cheer each of you on. Ya'll are amazing and have stuck with it for the longest of time and I am proud of you all. Hope to hear from you guys. Congrats and staying with it. I am off to the "kitchen" to see if there is anything good to eat, hehe. "I'm Luuved" I tried your chicken marsela the other day and it was wonderful and will be a repeat in my household and Bully I have a hankering for your Sausage and veggie soup. God Bless, Cynthia

Wow I have really been wacky this past 6 week challenge. Soon I hope to rein myself back in before too much damage has been done. We have downsized from 5 kids to 1 and we have really been enjoying him play baseball and it has gotten easier and easier to eat out and of course that leads to poor eating habits, which leads to tiredness, which leads to lack of excercise...... I hope everyone else is staying on track. Congrats to everyone who put out all their efforts on this challenge. I hope everyone is doing well. Talk to you guys soon. I really MISS you guys. Cynthia
