I am sooo excited. I have been on fatsecret 1 month yesterday and today, just out of curosity, I tried on a pair of jeans that I bought a year ago but haven't been able to wear and they slipped right on and buttoned/zipped with ease. I wore them all day and didn't feel like a stuffed sausage!

Today is my one month anniversary to be on Fatsecret. Thank you to all my friends I have met here for the support, advice and friendship. You guys are AWESOME!!! I have NEVER had the success I have been experiencing and it is mostly, hugely, due to ya'll. I love the challenge and it helps keeping me dedicated. Thanks for everything. P.S. I got my husband and son off the couch and walking with me. I have everyone at work pumped and losing weight too. I worked out 4x today because many people wanted to workout with me and I didn't want to discourage anyone so I went to Curves on my off day for Joanne, walked 1.5 miles with Romi, walked 3 miles with Lollie, my usual Tuesday routine, and 1.5 miles with my family. Not to mention 8 hours at work with my 5 babies. Yesterday I worked out 3x. I am really looking forward to bed tonight : ) and oh yes my extra stretchs for Imluuved's challenge.

Well I am off to go make Asparagus and Avacado wraps. I forgot to record whose recipe it was I guess I will have to go throught the BTBW thread. Everyone have a blessed weekend. Cynthia

Thanks to you and all my support buddies I met my first goal. My goal is to lose 10 lbs per month. Even though I started Jan 12th, I got weighed and measured today at Curves and I have lost 10.25 lbs total for the month of January. My weight today is 206.75. This program only lets me weigh in on whole numbers so that means I have lost 3 lbs this week :d Have an awesomely blessed day .
