Hi Everyone,
I'm not doing so well. I've been down with a bug and my head is not on right. My motivation has not been the best. I'm not going to stop. Even if I gain I'm going to hold myself accountable here, in front of the world. :-) One thing good...I only ate a small bag of candy corn this Halloween. Last Halloween I gained 10 lbs!! and kept on going. Not this year!! :-)))

Well, had a bad food weekend and now I'm back! It all started with my husband making yummy cheese biscuits Friday night when I was really tired and coming down with a cold. He set them down in front of me. It was brutal. I totally caved in, and in, and in.
Well, I'm shaking the nightmare weekend off and am planning on a good week! I want to move that scale! :-)

Oh dear...too much salt? I weighed in this morning and haven't lost anything. I was great on program all week. This isn't like me. I usually lose about 13 lbs by now. I'm not going to stop. I know it will come off. Just a little sad...and surprised.
You can't not lose with WW. I know things will happen. :-)

Today wasn't the best. I'm frustrated because I've been on program 100% this week and I'm up a couple of lbs. It is all my fault because of the salt thing. I'm a little down because I've really been sacrificing. I know.....it hasn't even been two weeks. I'm still excited to lose. Just want it off NOW! Silly me.
Well, I don't weigh in till Saturday. Maybe the water will come off. I've tried to be careful with the salt today.

I had a
Burger King Whopper w/o mayo and small fries tonight and used the 17 points I had left for the day! It was really good and I was just fine with it.
Another day to ignore the cake in the break room. No problem there. I just can't believe I'm so dedicated right now. I'm so glad you all will be there to help me pick up the pieces when I'm not. :-)
