I am not trying to sound like a negative-nancy (I apologize to anyone named Nancy) but I am not liking the new and improved changes to my beloved FS. I ain't likin' the new food search pop-up at all.
Was the old one broken, that someone felt it needed to be "fixed"?
I have given myself some time to adjust and NOPE I still ain't likin' it.
Ok enough of my whining and complaining....
Spring is supposed to be around the corner, you wouldn't know it by the balmy temperatures we awoke to this morning (-20c) BRRR! - sounds like more complaining! hmmm. Anyway with spring around the corner with summer usually following it, I need to get serious about logging and journaling. No excuses!

8957 steps! I seem to be reaching my step goal now if I can just get my eating under control....

My personal goal last week was 6000 steps a day. I was successful everyday except Saturday when we were hit with a Colorado low meeting a sub-Arctic high - in other words a snow storm.
This week my goal is 6500 steps, so far so good...Monday 6698, Tuesday 8904...we will see what today brings.
