So far, my day is okay. Already eaten over 1200 calories, I need to watch what I'm eating. Some things are small, but heavy in calories, and that's what I need to look out for. I think I am feeling well enough to go to the gym and do at least 30 minutes of moderate walking on the treadmill.

I ate way too much today. Sometimes when I'm sick I just stuff my face, because my body feels so drained. I need to stop doing that, or at least stuff my face with fruits and veggies rather than carbs. Didn't drink as much tea today as usual, so tomorrow I will make sure to have at least 4 servings of tea. I'm hoping to get back to working out as soon as I am feeling better.

I have had pretty much NO protein all day. Pretty sad. But I did work all day and have been plagued by allergies, so I haven't been eating as well. Bought a lot of good food at the grocery, so this week should be looking better. Wasn't able to make it to the gym tonight, but I will go tomorrow. It'll help me study for my midterm on Tuesday. I am going to take a nice, hot bath tonight and relax just a little bit.

I haven't been updating my food or exercise journal at all lately. I've been lazy and sick and busy. Also, I haven't gone to the gym in like two weeks, which is really sad. I gotta start going again, because I gained back 2 lbs. However, I've been drinking hot Green Tea with lemon after every single meal, and sometimes just because it's delicious, and I've noticed a marked difference in how I feel, how much I eat, etc. I think this will definitely become a regular thing, so now I just need to make sure the gym becomes a regular thing as well.
