Hi guys - I'm feeling
blue :(
I don't know why but I feel as if I haven't lost any weight since the last time I weigh in. I've been really good but maybe I'm messing up somewhere. For example, one day i had NOTHING to eat but meat and avocado, so instead of having 1/3rd of an avocado I had 1/2...also, went out and had chicken fajitas without the tortilla - just chicken with green pepper and onion, maybe they used a really fatty oil?
WHAT SHOULD I DOOOO??? I usually drink TONS of water...I've also had some refried beans (canned, 0 sugar - should I stop or avoid it?)

Hi everyone! Yesterday I added working out to my new diet regime! Hahah. I did 30 mins and was ok until hunger hit me an hour later - I felt like if I didn't have something sweet I would pass out, but ended up having a slice of avocado, a sip of diet coke (ok, one full glass! hahaha) and I felt much better. I was tempted to cheat but resisted and here I am, ready to take on a new day!

I am soooo exciteddd! Wohoo..! To be honest with you guys, I am not 100% sure I truly was 96 kg before starting the diet - I believe I was 1kg above that, but since that was what I remembered, that is what I put in. Anywhoo...almost 7 lbs is great, and I still have a few more days in Phase 1 (which I will not stop on Saturday - I am doing sooo well I think I'll keep it up for one more week) And I lost that much with 0 excercise (it was a hectic week) so I am
THRILLED!!! WOHOOOO :)

Well so far so good. Even my husband mentioned that he had never seen me as committed as I am!!
woohoo!
Will weigh in on Monday, I promise. I do have a question though - I was expecting to lose weight around my lovely haha belly, but instead I'm losing weight in the upper part of my body - my rib cage??? And I can see the difference in my legs, but not my belly - any suggestions? I guess working out is a MUST (will start spinning classes this week - last week was just too hectic)
