Unfortunately yesterday I ended up getting a cold... I really hope I get over it soon. I'm only on week 4 of my exercise routine and was finally getting into a rhythm. I really hope I can get over this soon and get back to my routine. I am actually really upset/cranky because I can't exercise the way I want. It's pretty disappointing because, even though I cant believe it, I'm addicted to exercise...

Switched up to different exercises all week long with 1 hour of cardio each day. Only drifted from diet once this week but still only lost 1 pound...

Last week was very discouraging for me because I ended up actually gaining 3 pounds. I worked out for 4 days, for over an hour a day, and kept to my diet. I think it may have been the muscle work I was doing that caused my weight gain, but it is very frustrating if you don't know if it was fat you added on or muscle. I see a little better definition in my muscles so who knows... This week I hope to see better results...
