Last week was very discouraging for me because I ended up actually gaining 3 pounds. I worked out for 4 days, for over an hour a day, and kept to my diet. I think it may have been the muscle work I was doing that caused my weight gain, but it is very frustrating if you don't know if it was fat you added on or muscle. I see a little better definition in my muscles so who knows... This week I hope to see better results...
