I ate twizzlers and cheese.. I'm already over half my RDI for the day. How the heck am I going to stay at 1200 for the day when I'm already up to 1000 by lunch?? Ugh I feel like I'm starving. Help!..... Ugh :( I need to learn to say no, but don't know how

Took the stairs this morning on my way in to work. 3 flights! A busy schedule doesn't mean I don't have time to work out. Last night I did a lot of house hold duties..calisthenics again..more or less. A sink full of dishes, dinner made, laundry done, dog walked, and more flower beds planted!

Day two is almost over! About 1/2 hour left of work and then homeward bound. There are three piles of mulch in my back yard that I need to put into flower beds(yay for calisthenics), and a puppy that needs to go for a walk! I'll post dinner after I make it. I'm thinking the homemade chicken nuggets with black berry dipping sauce recip from the eating well website.

2tbs of fat free cottage cheese
Apple as a side.. but I put mine in my wrap for sweetness.

Motivation is tough when you work in a cubicle and sit for 8 hours a day! I work in a call center, so every once in a while I have some time (1-2 minutes) between calls. I fully utilize this time to get moving! Arm circles, running in place, chair push ups, leg lifts! 2 minutes between calls when you take about 100 calls a day really adds up, and I'm taking full advantage of getting a work out every chance I get. Wedding dress, here I come!!
