I went to a graduation party on Friday, and woke up on Saturday with FOOD POISONING. So I was in the bathroom all day Saturday, then to ER, and for about half the day on Sunday and only ate a piece of bread. Ugh :( Still feeling pretty miserable today.

Well I obviously did not eat
enough
yesterday. I picked up some meal containers with portion dividers in them. I lableled them Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks and Monday-Sunday. This way I never have an excuse for missing a meal or over eating. On the right track I think. I'll be starting that on Monday.
--P.S. I love you, starbucks. Alas, our relationship will soon be ending. You're sweet and full of energy, but you're really just bringing me down. Today will be the last time I induldge in the pleasure of drinking you.

Okay I need to create a menu and stick to it. If anyone sees this, what are your tips for a menu and how to stick to it?
I think my best option is going to be to get a bunch of meal containers and make all of my meals ahead of time for the week. Label them Monday, Tuesday..etc.. Along w/ breakfast, lunch, snack etc? That way my eating is a little more controlled and I don't have the impulse to reach for what ever is closest like the chips and cookie I ate for lunch today.

Feeling pretty good today! Compensated for those twizzlers yesterday by doing an extra 15 minutes on the elyptical.
The last two nights I have been sleeping really well. Probably from all of the extra exercise I've been doing lately. Also decided to do a mini challenge with lilD and it started with 2 sets of 8 crunches here in my cubicle. Going to do my "Chair-robics" (hehe cool name huh ;) wink) between calls today!
